Job Description
Learn with the company’s assigned experienced staff; attend trainings, participate in classes and workshops, and complete the prescribed tests, assignments, and other required evaluations. Keep a log of everything learned. Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:	Must have completed Inter or graduation in any discipline.
Skills Required
Require someone who can work flexible night shifts/rotational shifts. Freshers can apply. Immediate joiners are preferable. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
